• Supply and install mezzanine to increase tenancy by 60sqm
• Supply and install feature carpet throughout
• Skirting, partitions and glazing throughout
• Feature lighting throughout
• Supply and install mechanical services within the tenancy
• Modify fire services to suit new layout
• Supply and install furniture throughout
• Supply and install gyprock and glazing partitions throughout
• Supply and install acoustic baffles throughout top floor of tenancy
