Preparing spaces for a complete fitout by stripping out the internal components of a building. This includes, pulling down walls, ripping out joinery and kitchens. Through to the removal of office furniture and ceilings. We’ll have an empty space for you in a short amount of time.
After a fitout is complete, there’s maintenance and general upkeep to consider. We want to make sure your workplace is looking its very best, always. We focus on your needs from repairs due to damage or, keeping your fitout looking fresh.
Needs Analysis Brief
On-site meeting with the client to obtain all necessary needs within the space and assess the site
Concept Planning & Construction Estimate
Develop needs analysis brief into a concept plan with concept images to suit the proposed layout
At this stage, MKGS will provide a detailed construction costings estimate for the proposed build
Design Development
Our design team will select furniture, finishes and design joinery for the client’s approval as outlined in the scope of works
Documentation
Partition, Finishes, Furniture, RCP, Joinery and Services plans are provided for client sign off before building commencing
Preparation of Certificates:
CDC – Complying Development Certificate
OC – Occupation Certificate
As part of our “turn-key” solution process, MKGS will engage and manage all certification, counsel fees and levy’s applicable to construction.
Construction
Our team of contractors and project managers will provide a detailed schedule of works and critical dates during the construction phase
