Supply and install of new vinyl flooring to breakout area, and carpet tile to remainder of office
Modification to fire protection services and mechanical to suit new layout
Installation of new 9Kw supplementary air conditioning unit to boardroom
Supply and install of all hydraulic services inclusive of new internal bathroom and shower and ZIP instant boil and chill unit
Design and specification of all fixtures and fittings for new internal bathrooms and shower
Supply and install of CAT6 cabling, power, pendant and feature lighting throughout
Design of customed joinery for reception area, breakout and kitchen area
